Joanna Bojarska-Buchcic – CEO,  founder and Managing Partner of HR SOLUTIONS GROUP, mentor and accredited consultant of international psychometric tool FACET5. Since April 2017 she is the Director of a Region at the American Chamber of Commerce Poland. Since 1997 she supports international and Polish companies in the area of Human Resources Management, especially in the recruitment processes of mid-level and high-level personnel, as well as in creating organisations and effective teams. She used to work as a Recruitment Manager being responsible for creating and developing structures of recruitment agency and temporary work agency. Thereafter she was working as a Senior Consultant and was responsible for creating structures for the Irish recruitment company Sigmar Group, here in Poland, managing a their office in Gdańsk.

She has been working for recruitment companies such as: Accord, Look for Staff, Sigmar Group. She has 4 years of work experience in management of a personel in Dyckerhoff Group acting in the construction industry.

She is a distributor of psychometric tool FACET5 in the Pomeranian area in Poland, co – founder of METAPOMOC foundation, which is responsible for supporting children living in ophanages, who are now adults and are starting to live on their own (the fund provides financial help, coaching, mentoring and tuition). As well, she is currently a mentor of Mentor Forum (Forum Mentorów), working with organisations in the area of their development.

She graduated from Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management with a speciality in Human resource management. She has an MBA with speciality in Human Resources Management gained from the same University. She got the highest score for her business plan of new enterprise. She is fluent in both English and German.

HR SOLUTIONS GROUP’s team consists of consultants with longstanding experience in managing and conducting Executive Search and Direct Search recruitment processes. The team speaks foreign langages such as Polish, English and German.

Perry Timms has a mission: To connect people and bring about a design revolution for a better future of work.

He is Founder and Chief Energy Officer of PTHR, with over 25 years experience in people, technology and organisational change and transformation and in October 2017, Perry’s first book project – Transformational HR – was published by Kogan Page and was included in People Management magazine’s Top 5 books of 2017.

A Chartered Member of the CIPD, Perry advises the CIPD on HR’s use of Digital and Social Media, and was a Guide for the 2013 CIPD HR Hackathon (with Professor Gary Hamel’s Management Innovation Exchange).

In September 2017, Perry was included in HR Magazine’s Top 30 HR Most Influential Thinkers and again in 2018 – making the top 5 HR influencers.

Perry has always been at the heart of change and connecting others and learning.  Evidenced by his inclusion in a range of technology-enabled change programmes; privatisation and mergers within Government environments at the Court Service and his change work (and early adoption of social technologies for learning) when at the Big Lottery Fund.  His crowd-sourced values and behaviours and his in-house engineered Enterprise Social Network came to the attention of the CIPD and he and his team spoke at conferences just as the HR world was learning its way into high performance, change and social media.

Perry’s client work includes behavioural change, business transformation and creating innovative ways of working, has been delivered through close collaboration with HR and OD teams, Change Agents and Innovation teams.

Perry is an international and 2x TEDx Speaker, Adviser and Conference Chair on the Future of Work and HR, and is a WorldBlu® Certified Freedom at Work Consultant + Coach – helping people and their companies become part of the next stage in human and organisational evolution.

Perry is also a Visiting Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University, a Fellow of the RSA, is a Guest Professor at GEA College in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and is part of the adjunct faculty at Ashridge Executive Education (Hult International Business School) as well as an Associate at the Work Foundation – helping create the principles of Good Work in uncertain and challenging times.
