From the time the company was established, we successfully carried out a large number of projects in the area of Executive Search and Direct Search in Poland, Europe and Asia. We are supporting delivery of Executive Search, Direct Search and effective team building projects by using certified, international psychometric tools (FACET5 and others) and tools as Assessment Center, 360-degree feedback.
In 2015 we established HR SOLUTIONS OF USA. In April 2016 we became a member of the Polish-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago. We belong to many organisations in Poland, inluding Pracodawcy Pomorza and American Chamber of Commerce Poland (AmCham). In April 2017, as a part of AmCham we started to support business in the Pomeranian area.
Understanding the idea of Corporate Social Responsibility in the local community, we are a pro-active co-founder of METAPOMOC foundation, which is responsible for supporting children in ophanages, who are now adult and starting to live on their own (the foundation provides financial help, coaching, mentoring and tuition).
