2017 Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends: Rewriting the rules for the digital age

The workforce, the workplace and the world of work in general – nothing is the same like before. Organizations have to face radical shift in organizing, managing, developing and aligning people at work. That conclusion emerges clearly from survey of more than 10,000 business and HR leaders from 140 countries.

Companies move at a slower pace, whereas individuals are relatively quick to adapt to innovations. It forces rewriting the rules and thereby creates an opportunity and an obligation for HR. Leaders need help with pioneering of new models of work and careers.

What specific areas demand taking another turn? That was the subject of our meeting in the cycle “Strategic HR”. More than 60 members of boards of directors and HR departments from Tricity had a chance to listen about Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends. Our lecturer was Magdalena Bączyk – Deloitte Manager.
